The Accountability and Inclusion Helpdesk (A&I Helpdesk) provides coordinated guidance and rapid or in-depth support on Accountability for Affected Populations (AAP) and inclusion. It is a remote advice and support service that aims to give users worldwide quick access to technical expertise and resources. Queries will be answered by the IASC Accountability and Inclusion Helpdesk Coordinator.

We provide

Get access to guidance documents, knowledge bases, case studies and other relevant materials.

Our team of specialists can answer your specific questions and offer tailored solutions. For complex inquiries, we connect you with regional or global experts for additional insights and examples.

We track and analyse queries to identify trends and address evolving needs within the AAP and inclusion fields.
