The overall objective of this research was to study the cases of CBDP and the evaluation of their program, approach, procedure and to propose models with respect to program implementation process for sustainable development of CBDP program. This was sought in order to provide the bases for project policy guideline formulation and planning measures for building the capacity of vulnerable societies for sustainability of CBDP program in the beneficiary groups.
