This collection of blogs and annotated list of resources was prepared for a discussion being convened by the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and the Fetzer Institute. The paper has been written in the format of a web page if for no other reason than this is how I am most fond of writing these days. I apologize in advance to those for who this is a distraction.
