This report presents the findings of participatory evaluation of the emagency water
supply and public health projects financed by Office for Foreign Development
Assistance (OFDA) of USA and implemented by Oxfm GB in three regional states
in Ethiopia; Afar, Somali and SNNP in response to the emergency situation tbat
prevailed m 2002 drought and it was implemented between May and December 2003
with a three months extension up to March 2004.
