Evaluation of the ASDI-UCAH Mechanism
Objectives: Provide Sida with a basis for judging how the NGO fund has functioned and how possible future support could be envisaged.
Comments: The objective of the fund was to provide, through financial support to national and international NGOs, the possibility to quickly start emergency projects.
