The 2026 Global Humanitarian Assistance (GHA) report provides independent analysis of international humanitarian financing, offering critical insight into funding trends and what they mean for a system navigating one of the most challenging periods in its history.
With just over one third of humanitarian requirements met, decisions about who and what to prioritise are becoming sharper and more contested. The system is now witnessing the hard wiring of prioritisation and exclusion into business as usual.
