Drawing on insights from the Inter-Agency Humanitarian Evaluation(IAHE) of the Drought Response in Somalia, the panelist will explore the successes and challenges of the humanitarian response in Somalia, along with ongoing efforts to enhance its effectiveness. Panelists will reflect on the learning from the drought response about needed changes to the broader humanitarian system. The conversation will also cover navigating the constraints of a limited funding environment, as panelists consider the future of humanitarian response in Somalia and beyond.
