This report was designed to evaluate CARE Mozambique’s response to Flooding in Govuro, Inhambane (January – February 08) and Cyclone Jokwe in Angoche, Nampula (March 08), in order to learn from these two experiences and to prepare for the next rain and cyclone season of January – March 2009. Two main themes emerged from this reflection exercises: a need to deepen coordination and partnerships and a need to meet and to be held accountable to humanitarian standards.
