5-year Evaluation of the Central Emergency Response Fund Country Study Afghanistan

This country report provides an analysis of the Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF)’s disbursements in Afghanistan, in response to a complex emergency and natural disasters from 2006 to 2010. It is one of 16 case studies conducted to inform the five-year evaluation of the CERF, mandated by the UN General Assembly. The evaluation is managed by OCHA’s Evaluation and Guidance Section (EGS), and conducted by Channel Research.
