The Secretariat of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) seeks to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the coordination services given by the IFRC-led Shelter Cluster Coordination team to the El Salvador flood response in 2009 to identify key lessons and recommendations to improve and inform future response.
