This report presents the key findings and conclusions from the People In Aid and Emergency Capacity Building Project (ECB) Horn of Africa Consortium Project ‘Addressing Retention In The Horn of Africa Project’. The report is intended for I/NGO senior and programme managers in the Horn of Africa. The majority of the participants in the project were Nairobi-based Human Resource (HR) Specialists from medium to large INGOs.
