ALNAP Annual Review 2003, Humanitarian Action: Improving Monitoring to Enhance Accountability and Learning, Meta-evaluation

The purpose of a meta-evaluation is to assess the quality of a thematic group of evaluations, and subsequently to suggest improvements. As in the two previous Annual Reviews, analysis is based on an assessment of the preceeding year’s set of evaluations against the ALNAP Quality Proforma, which this year involved 34 English language reports and five French language reports.
