Guided by the ALNAP 2019 - 2024 strategy, the 2020-2021 work plan describes the activities that ALNAP will undertake in four strategic focus areas:
- Improving the quality and accessibility of evaluative evidence
- Monitoring the performance of the humanitarian system
- Addressing key evidential gaps
- Supporting system-wide learning.
In addition to these focus areas, the work plan outlines the activities to be undertaken to strengthen ALNAP’s communications capacity, impact, and Membership engagement.
Due to the continued spread of COVID-19, the work plan has been developed in a period of great uncertainty. However, the ALNAP Secretariat will continue to plan for our usual portfolio of activities, albeit with the caveat that a number of these may have to be revised to fit changing circumstances and needs.
