The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the Education Programme in the refugee camps in Western Tanzania. The evaluation covered Kigoma and Kagera Regions. Specifically the consultancy assignment was concerned with assessment of the implementation process, quality of education, impact and efficiency of educational inputs in In each camp there is an established education system. Both formal and non formal education are provided.
