This report is an evaluation of the efforts of the Consortium for Development Relief in Angola (CDRA) to assist the the war affected rural communities rebuild their livelihoods through a developmental relief program (DRP). The Consortium is a partnership of INGOs in close collaboration with the USAID/Angola mission.
