This annex presents information on a series of tools and methods available for the analysis of poverty and social impacts of reforms. This annex presents summary information on the tools, drawing in particular on the Toolkit for Evaluating the Poverty and Distributional Impact of Economic Policies and the Social Analysis Sourcebook, which provide more detailed information1. Additional guidance is currently under preparation on selected social and economic tools. The World Bank is also developing guidance on issues, challenges, and tools that may be of particular relevance in analyzing specific reforms. A summary matrix and reform-specific notes will be posted on an ongoing basis on the PSIA website.
