Leçons apprises de l'intervention "Alliance pour la résilience communautaire" (ARC) au Mali 2016-2020
This document aims to help all aid interventions in complex, protracted crisis situations by identifying good practices, challenges and the recommendations in relation to the ARC project (Alliance pour la Résilience Communautaire) implemented in Mali between 2016 and 2020 by ACF, DRC, HI, IRC, Solidarités International , ACTED and NRC.
