Beyond Emergency Assistance: Syrian Refugees in Jordan and Northern Iraq

Daryl Grisgraber and Jeff Crisp traveled to Jordan and Iraq in November and December 2013 to assess the humanitarian response to Syrian refugees. This field report summarises their observations/recommendations.
