This project was implemented in IRC humanitarian programs in four countries – Ethiopia, Burundi, Jordan and North Caucasus. This paper describes the findings from the first phase of this project in Jordan, where IRC is delivering Women’s Protection and Empowerment (WPE) activities to Syrian refugees.
