Cluster Coordination Performance Monitoring is an important process to improve coordination and accountability within the Transformative Agenda. It is a follow-up of sector coordination , and not a follow-up of the programmatic response of partners or of the humanitarian system as a whole. It allows cluster members to soak up the key functions and outputs of a cluster, identify good practices, identify what can be improved and allow trends in performance to be followed. It is a process that allows you to be accountable to the Humanitarian Coordinator, the Humanitarian Country Team and others stakeholders, as well as to the national party and affected populations.
