This is a call to action paper from the June 25-26, 2014 Global Partnership for Education conference. It includes suggested measures, such as that the partners should intensify efforts towards creating sustainable domestic financing of education in all countries, having a long--term vision of developing countries being able to deliver quality education for all through their own domestic funding.
