Renewed violence in Bangui town increases the number of Displaced people also hindering humanitarian access to the people affected. The violent clashes on the 4th of August further deteriorated the humanitarian situation. In this strategy paper, the accurate displacement figures for the the country are compiled to update the IDP figures outside Bangui and the response plan is drawn accordingly.
