This After Action Review (AAR) covers the responses to the flood of summer 2007 (31 July 2007) and cyclone Sidr (15 November 2007). During the AAR there was an overwhelming feeling of achievement, which was seen as the result of CARE Bangladesh's long history disaster response and of staff commitment to CARE's core values. Major lessons learned focused on human resources management, coordination with partners, donor relations and information management.
