The general objective of this Care Cuba workshop was to systematize and to collect the lessons learned identified during the workshop discussions, to be able to improve the structures, procedures, and operational policies of Care Cuba and Care in general.
This report includes a summary of the Care response to the emergencies in Cuba in 2008, a discussion of the methodology and the process of the AAR, and the significant lessons learned as well as the recommendations identified. Details and the complete results are in the annexes of this report.
