This report describes the outputs of an After Action Review (AAR) conducted by CARE International in Ethiopia to assess CARE's response to the drought in Ethiopia from early 2008 and the ensuing food security crisis that created an environment of a slow onset emergency across many areas of the country affecting both urban and rural areas. This is the second AAR evaluating CARE Ethiopia's response to the on-going Food Crisis.
