Urban flooding africa report png

ActionAid carried out participatory vulnerability analysis (PVA)1 with people living in vulnerable areas of six capital cities (listed below) where climate change impact is most predicted. Policy analysis was also carried out as a part of PVA to understand whether there is a gap between what urban poor people experience as climate change impact and what exists in policy terms. An international desk study was also done to understand urban flooding and climate change in 10 cities (including these six).
