Erd 3227 summary 0 png

Responding to a request by the European Union’s Humanitarian Aid Committee, a group of donors initially consisting of Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, and ECHO decided to conduct a number of evaluations of humanitarian assistance with special focus on internally displaced people, with some evaluations done jointly and some by individual organisations. This evaluation is part of that joint effort. The fieldwork was carried out in Angola from July to August 2003, in parallel with ECHO’s evaluation of its activities in Angola.
