This is the Management Response to the process evaluation of DFID’s humanitarian response to the Syria crisis. The evaluation comments on DFID’s management performance and identifies areas for improvement. DFID commissioned this evaluation to consider its work from February 2012 to June 2014, in order to help guide future strategy and programming decisions. Its primary audience is the members of DFID’s Syria Crisis Unit and managers of the Middle East and North African Department. It assumes knowledge of DFID’s approach and programme.
