The Norwegian Refugee Council’s (NRC) Interim Progress Review (IPR) of the DFID funded CHASE PPA, together with their Management Response. The IPR was conducted by TFM Consult, a Dutch based consulting team, and the field visits were conducted between April and June 2012.
