Improving the response for any significant epidemiological risk means designing and implementing mechanisms and systems that make it possible to contain the disease rapidly so that an epidemic does not reach proportions that are either uncontrollable or very expensive to control. The objective of this paper is to try to give some order of comparison between what should have happened and what really happened in the management of the 2014-2015 West Africa Ebola Hemorrhagic Fever (EHF) outbreak.
