In this film shown at the ECBinter-active event in Bangladesh in February 2012, the inspiration for and objectives of the ECB Project consortium in the country are explored. Interviewees discuss the growing impact of disasters around the world and in Bangladesh, and consider how collaboration between humanitarian agencies can help to make response faster, more accountable, and more effective.
