Barbara Jackson is the Humanitarian Director at CARE International and one of the Principals of the ECB Project. In this video interview made at the ECBinter-active Bangladesh conference in February 2012, she talks about some of the key learning she took on board from the sessions. She focuses particularly on how dramatically national response capacity has improved in Bangladesh since the devastating cyclone of 1991, and why improving coordination is a key goal for the future of humanitarian response.
