Jacklin Rebeiro, Project Officer for ECB Bangladesh Consortium, was one of the organisers of the ECBinter-active Bangladesh conference in February 2012. In this video, she discusses her experiences of the event, including its success in attracting a wide range of participants from all levels of the humanitarian sector. In addition, she explains why the benefits to communities that arise from collaboration outweight the challenges it entails.
