Kazi Shahidur Rahman is the CEO of NIRAPAD, the grouping of Bangladeshi humanitarian organisations. In this interview, he discusses what he learned from sessions at the ECBinter-active Bangladesh conference in February 2012. In particular, he explains why the growing threat of climate change is making humanitarian collaboration increasingly important, and why NIRAPAD is working together with the ECB Project in order to help prepare for an uncertain future.
