Aase Vardøen, Technical Adviser in Rapid Response for the Norwegian Refugee Council discusses her experiences at the ECBinter-active Horn of Africa conference in February 2012. She describes how the focus on interactivity at the event made networking easier and more effective, and how many discussions focused on how best to target and reach vulnerable communities through collaboration.
