Donal Reilly, Deputy Director of the Emergency Response Team, Catholic Relief Services, discusses what he learned at the ECBinter-active Horn of Africa conference in February 2012. Reilly focuses particularly on how the awareness of the ECB Project and its tools has increased significantly since his early experiences with the Project in 2006. He also explains the utility of the Project in eliminating duplication across agencies, particularly in the area of capacity building.
