Massimo Altimari is the ECB Project Horn of Africa Field Facilitator. In this video interview, he discusses what he learned at the ECBinter-active Horn of Africa conference in February 2012. He explains how much he enjoyed the learning evironment at the event, and valued the fact that it attracted a wide range of participants both from the head office level and especially from the field.
