In this video Michael Klosson, Vice President for Policy and Emergency Response at Save the Children and ECB Principal, discusses what he learned at the ECBinter-active Horn of Africa conference in February 2012. He argues that accountability work is one of the strongest outputs of the ECB Project, and explains how collaboration not only helped Save the Children realise that their challenges were common to other organisations, but also helped them identify common approaches to overcome them.
