ECHO Global Plan 2000 Intervention Plan 2001 - Sierra Leone - sector "Uprooted Population"

The purpose of the evaluation is to obtain the necessary information to allow ECHO to decide strategies and improve any future action in Sierra Leone, especially the future 2002 intervention plan. The evaluation team was composed of three consultants, each of them having the responsibility to focus on a specific sector : (1) health, nutrition, water and sanitation, (2) child protection, (3) uprooted populations. The present report will focus on the situation of uprooted populations in Sierra Leone; in addition, some operational support projects were also evaluated.
