End of Programme Evaluation Report for Disaster Emergency Committee WV Relief Programme in South Sudan – DEC Phase I and II
The report gives details of the situation following the two phases of World Vision programming in Health and Nutrition and Water and Sanitation and the quality of the response. Due to the sampling methodology it does not provide change data which is generalizable to the whole programme area, or World Vision's particular contribution to change. The limitations are discussed which is helpful to the debate about appropriate evaluation methodologies for a response constituting two 6 month periods. The report would be useful to organisations beginning similar responses in Juba and Upper Nile.
