This document is the evaluation brief od the Operations Evaluation Synthesis, which presents findings of evaluations conducted between July 2015 and June 2016, covering 15 operations of varying types, durations, sizes and settings, with a total planned value of USD 2.6 billion (over USD 1.06 billion funded), which targeted 18 million beneficiaries a year.
