Ten years after the devastating earthquake and the ensuing humanitarian assistance, Swiss Solidarity mandated an impact evaluation of its CHF 66.2 million multi-sectoral assistance programme. The evaluation aimed to identify what effects of the assistance that was provided are still identifiable, and whether the assistance was successful in strengthening the resilience of the affected households, communities and institutions.
