This report is the result of an OFDA-funded evaluation of the emergency assistance provided in 2012/13. The evaluation focused on understanding the results of the intervention and generating lessons to inform Concern’s programming in Masisi and beyond. It sought to assess the appropriateness / relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of the project; identify lessons learned and provide practical recommendations to Concern for future programming; and support the organisation’s commitments to accountability to donors, government, public, and beneficiaries.
