The authors of this report were tasked with undertaking a participative evaluation of EFICOR’s Indian Tsunami Disaster Relief and Rehabilitation Programme and to use the findings to make recommendations for how EFICOR can increase its effectiveness and impact in the future. EFICOR’s programme was assessed relative to six criteria: effectiveness, impact, relevance, efficiency, sustainability, and coordination and coherence.
