Evaluation of FAO Cooperation in Mozambique 2001 - 2005

Objectives: The main purposes of the evaluation are: to improve the relevance, design, implementation and results of FAO activities in Mozambique; to learn lessons, when considered along with other evaluations in synthesis, for improving FAO programmes at country level; to provide accountability to Mozambique and other FAO member countries, and to answer questions about FAO performance at country level; to contribute to the TCPR; to develop methodology for carrying out similar evaluations at country level in the future; to improve the relevance, design, implementation and results of TCP projects that are an important part of FAO's interventions at country level.
