This report draws on the results of deskwork reviewing key documents and visits to selected beneficiaries in Kosovo and Serbia. During the assessment, the evaluator interviewed representatives from DRC Copenhagen, DRC Kosovo, DRC Serbia, SMB, MIA PRN, CRRS, UNHCR, Vocational Training Institute Bozidar Adzija, Mundesia NGO and several municipalities, all of whom have been willing and helpful contributors.
