The objective of the report is to document the results of People In Aid's efforts against its mandate and against DFID's approach to Humanitarian Policy; to review and assess the continued relevance and appropriateness of the strategic orientation of People In Aid, and its functional approach; to examine how effectively People In Aid relates to other similar initiatives and approaches within the humanitarian field; to recommend ways in which the current programme could be re-orientated to increase effectiveness if appropriate.
