The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the appropriateness, relevance and impact of both planned and unplanned project interventions and produce recommendations for future operations. The evaluation concentrates on the project covering the period April 2006 – January - 2007.
The main methods applied were key informant interviews, group discussions with beneficiaries and staff, observation and project documentation and secondary data review.
