This report is an independent evaluation of the Disaster Preparedness and Mitigation of Oxfam Solidarite's shelter project in the Saharawi Camps following the 2006 floods. The aim of the evalation is to assess the impact the project has had since its inception and to advise Oxfam Solidarite on priorities for its future strategy.
