Executive Summary
This document is the executive summary of the final evaluation of the Lutheran World Federation’s programme “Colombia 2010-2015.” The evaluation should serve as input for the planning process of the new strategy for the organisation for 2016-2021, based on the identification of comparative advantages of LWF in the country. Thus, the evaluation has a propositional and a future-oriented nature that is not so much serving a mere accountability purpose but is rather focused on a learning experience.
The evaluation was made through a participatory approach, involving the main interest groups and stakeholders of LWF in Colombia. A series of semi-structured interviews were carried out during fieldwork in Arauca and Chocó Departments in January and February 2015.
